Why did he cut me off?

Worry is the best tool of the devil.  There are many people who think they are smarter, prettier and more holy than anyone else!  So they think they can judge, lecture and control everything and everyone around them!  When that does not happen, they worry!  Why did that person say that to me?  Why don’t people talk to each other better?  Why did he cut me off in traffic?  Why aren’t they thinking about what I want?  When these kinds of thought go through your head, it is all about control!  Trying to control the circumstances around us, leads to worry!  Worry leads directly to the devil!  The devil delights in us, if he can keep us focused on ourselves and not others!   When you can do nothing about a situation and you feel out of control, cast it all on Jesus!  Stop thinking you can change everyone!  Talk within yourself to keep your mind on your own business!  1Peter 5:6,7

God Listens To You!

God is a God of Second Chances; third chances; fourth chances. HE never looks at you in a negative way! He loves you! He loves every part of you. God is never talking behind your back, never disappointed when you accomplish a task and you feel you did not do your best!

I got a Chinese Fortune Cookie in a restaurant and when I broke it open…..come on now; we all open them, even when we know our future already!  “God loves you! Especially!”  That cookie reminded me that God feels that way about every single one of His Creations!  He created us, which means He loves us!  God makes no junk!   When you realize you are so loved, you can get up every day without condemnation or without worry.  Joyce Meyers says, “Cast your cares and say your prayers!” So true! Then let it go! Move on! Enjoy every day and especially at work! All tasks are to God’s glory because He set it up that way, just for you! Enjoy!  John 17:13

Prayers Answered

There is one thing that really excites me!  I can get on my knees and pray for you!  I lift up my voice to God and call out your name!  The Bible teaches all prayers are heard in Heaven; all prayers are heard when in Jesus Name!  We pray up and leave our prayers at the Throne of God! It is not necessary to hear back from God right away!  That is when disbelief sets in; if we do not feel our prayers are answered!  But they are!  It just means no answer could mean God is working on something better and what you may think you want right now, you should not have right now!

Often we can look back and see how much we may have wanted that one thing so bad; but then we realize it is such a good thing God did not give us everything we wanted.  Because as time went by, it was best we did not get the prayer answer we wanted!  But God gave us what we needed!  Luke 18:12 I know that God hears your name, in prayer, and that is good enough for me!  Starting a prayer line on this blog, will help!  All prayers help!

GOD THINKS OF YOU!

God never thinks negative about you….you are always on His mind, day and night.  There is a close connection between what you think about Him and your faith.  What you think about yourself is is key to your belief and faith!  If you think you are unworthy you start to act like you are not worthy.  Hope and faith are affected because they go hand in hand with our belief system.  John 5:38

This past summer we were told of two suicides of people we knew!  One was a long time, at one time, personal child and adult friend. The other a young man that appeared to have anxiety issues, but not so bad that it would lead to suicide!  And at a time of loss, this can send your head back to other suicides in the past.

How very sad that someone would reach such a hopeless state of mind that there were no other options except to take their own life.  There can be no guilt left behind because we must realize these people deceive others into thinking all is well!  They do not know Jesus!  There is no such thing as a sad and hopeless Christian.  That is an oxymoron!  Do not serve self…..in serving Jesus there will always be hope!  Remember, God is always thinking about you; just make sure you are always thinking about Him!
